Commercial Strategy Development Associate
Job Summary
The Commercial Strategy Development Associate is responsible for supporting the development, update and communication of medium and long-term strategy plans of Customer Retail Services (CRS) organization. This includes conducting studies, analytics, and assessment on CRS challenges and provide recommendations to drive operational efficiency and drive sales business value.
Qualifications
- College graduate of Business Management or any related course
- Demonstrated business and cross-organizational leadership, with Project Management and/or Corporate planning experience is a plus
- Demonstrated advance knowledge and experience in environmental scanning (economical, political, social), data analytics and advanced visualization, strategy framework and business impact analysis, process facilitation and framework development, and/or communications or marketing
