Commercial Strategy Development Associate
LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
Job Summary:
The Commercial Strategy Development Associate supports in developing, updating, and communicating the long-term strategy and medium-term plans of the Customer Retail Services (CRS) organization. The role helps formulate, evaluate, and prioritize customer-related programs and initiatives to support strategy and achieve objectives with line organizations. Furthermore, he/she collaborates with organizational units to facilitate strategy and business casing for key customer strategic initiatives and to provide SME support for strategy and business case development.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course; holder of a Master’s degree and background in Statistics is preferred
- Has 3 to 5 years of work experience in strategy formulation, execution, and business case development
- Has knowledge on environmental scanning (economic, political, social) and assessing implications and opportunity areas for development, data analytics and advanced visualization, strategy framework and business impact analysis, process facilitation and framework development, and communications, marketing, and strategy messaging for management
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
