The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for handling of customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
- Must have at least a Bachelor Degree.
- Knowledgeable in any MS Office and other database management applications.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and can facilitate meetings and presentation with customer centric mindset and attitude.
- Preferably with at least one-year experience in customer service handling or performing customer services processes.
