Customer Care Representatives are currently needed in the following areas: Baliwag, Cainta, Commonwealth, España, Las Piñas, Makati, Malate, Marikina, Masinag, Novaliches, Parañaque, Pasay, Roosevelt, San Pedro
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing front office management, administrative support, and attending to customer concerns. This includes communicating information from the company to customers, processing end-to-end customer transactions, and handling any issues that might be relative to customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- With customer service / customer facing experience in the hotel, banking, and airline industry is a plus
- Good presentation skills in English and Filipino
- Good diagnostic skills for problem solving and gathering information
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
