Job Summary
The Dashboard Management and Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing, monitoring and managing of Customer Retail Services (CRS) organization’s dashboard of key performance indicators (Sales, Service Applications, Billing and Collections).
Qualifications
- College graduate of Business Management, Engineering, Finance or Information Technology
- With at least 3 years of similar or related experience in business performance management, data analytics, and/or operational improvement
- Have demonstrated and/or exemplified experience in Project Management, Data Visualization, Process facilitation and framework development, Communications, and/or Marketing
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
