Facilities and Engineering Services Project Manager
LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY
Job Summary:
The Facilities and Engineering Services Project Manager is responsible in managing assigned non-electric, enterprise-wide projects which includes evaluation, design, construction, quality assurance and monitoring of completion status.
- Provides management and develop strategic directions to improve Design team processes and procedures
- Manages execution of planning, design, and evaluation of assigned Non-electric Projects enterprise-wide
- Leads in resource planning, cost estimation and cost control of outsourced design
- Manages design consultancy and other related technical services
- Leads in review, assessment, and validation of outsourced design
- Leads in the development of annual Design team goals and initiatives to fully support organization goals and policies
- Manages, controls, audits and maintains as-built plans and other relevant documents
- Leads in research, development, and application of latest innovations in Green Architecture and Engineering Design
- Formulates, develops, maintains, and monitors Service Level Agreement or contractor’s performance including audit compliance
- Provides feedback and recommendations related to vendor accreditation and development
- Provides management and develop strategic directions to improve Construction Management processes and procedures
- Manages and coordinates Non-electric Projects from initiation, bidding, construction, and post-audit
- Leads in the development of annual Construction Management team goals and initiatives to fully support organization goals and policies
- Performs research, development, and application of latest tools and technologies in construction management
- Leads in development, communication, monitoring and maintenance of construction management standards
- Formulates, develops, maintains, and monitors Service Level Agreement or contractor’s performance including audit compliance
- Provides feedback and recommendations related to vendor accreditation and development
- Provides management and develop strategic directions to improve Quality Assurance team processes and procedures
- Manages quality inspection, coordination and audit of Non-Electric Projects
- Leads in standards and compliance monitoring and supervision
- Leads in the development of annual Quality Assurance team goals and initiatives to fully support organization goals and policies
- Leads in research, development and application of latest tools and technologies in quality assurance
- Formulates, develops, maintains and monitors Service Level Agreement or contractor’s performance including audit compliance
- Provides feedback and recommendations related to vendor accreditation and development
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering and must have passed the licensure examination; Certified project manager is an advantage
- At least two (2) minor projects completed worth at least five (5) million pesos each and one (1) major project completed worth at least ten (10) million pesos; or if newly graduated, has exemplary record and has worked on a construction job as an intern for one (1) year
- Has knowledge of fundamental project management and construction processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to organization, understanding of formal and informal organizational structures.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in basic ACAD
- Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
