CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF FLEET ASSETS (BAC CONTROL NO. NG0924-0276-1)
Interested vendors are invited to participate in the bidding for the Contract of the Repair and Maintenance of Fleet Assets. General scope of work on the Repair and Maintenance of Fleet Assets are as follows:
- Repair and Maintenance of Fleet Assets
- Engine Rebuilding, Fabrication and Automotive Machine Shop Services
- Installation and Replacement of Vehicle Safety Glass
- Repair and Maintenance of Car Air-Conditioning System
- Repair and Maintenance of Motors, Starters, and Alternators
- Rustproofing of Company Vehicles
- Upholstery of Company Vehicles
- Repair and Maintenance of Light Vehicles
- Repair and Maintenance for Calibration of Injection Pumps and Nozzle
- Repair and Maintenance of Fiberglass Bucket and Inner Liner
- Repair and Maintenance of Truck Mounted Hydraulic

Interested vendors must submit the following for eligibility to participate in the bidding:
- For MERALCO Accredited Vendors:
- Certificate of MERALCO vendor accreditation wherein the accreditation must be similar to the Product ID on repair and maintenance of fleet assets
- List of at least two (2) Similar Completed Projects as of August 31, 2023, indicating the project name and contract amount
- For Non-Accredited Vendors of Meralco:
- Business Permit / Mayor’s Permit
- BIR Certificate 2303
- Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Registration for Sole Proprietorship (if applicable)
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration Certificate, Articles of Partnership and Latest General Information Sheet for Partnerships
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration Certificate, Articles of Incorporation and Latest General Information Sheet for Corporations
- List of at least two (2) Similar Completed Projects as of August 31, 2024, indicating the project name and contract amount
The Letter of Intent (LOI) and the above-mentioned eligibility requirements must be submitted via email as PDF file attachments using a business email address only that includes the company’s domain name. As part of cybersecurity protection, email addresses created from non-secure, free, or open third-party domains or sources will not be accepted as a company’s email address. Eligibility documents submitted through external document links shall also not be accepted. Non-accredited vendors must undergo the MERALCO accreditation process and must already be accredited by the time of the award.
MERALCO reserves the right to:
- Accept any bid and to reject any or all bids and/or to annul the bidding process in its entirety, at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders or any obligation to inform the participating bidders of the ground for MERALCO’s action; and
- To issue an addendum to the Invitation to Bid at any time as a result of questions, change in acquisition schedule, or other relevant matters.

Vendors must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) in portable document format (PDF) with the required supporting documents via email to Meralco_BAC_Secretariat@meralco.com.ph and group.general.services@meralco.com.ph using business email address not later than 11:59 PM, October 06, 2024. The Bid Documents shall only be provided to vendors who submit an LOI and meet the eligibility requirements. Subsequent bid submission for eligible vendors must also be as file attachments using business email address only.
Bid Document Fee (non-refundable): Maximum of ₱100,000.00 (VAT Ex. shall be paid upon submission of bid documents)
